Gotta love Brawl of the Wild, ignorance flows through these forums in waves.
I am a griz fan through the bad and the good(sadly I've only really ever experienced the good with the exception of this season.) Despite my griz bias I am a realist and understand that the griz ARE an underdog this weekend.
However,
The griz are a WAY better team than their record suggests. Every game has been close and with the exception of a certain pair of safeties, we outplayed most teams including EWU. To sleep on the griz would be a mistake.
With the exception of NAU, an AMAZING running team, every team has had to throw into our terrible safeties to win the game. If MSU doesn't throw at least 80% of the time, then they're doing it wrong. Kirk has absolutely NOTHING on the griz amazing front 7.
Dan Moore is a house. If he comes back healthy, then expect some amazing things. There haven't been many moore(see what I did there?) players that play with the same heart he has. I expect him to want this win, and to want it bad.
Fact of the matter is though, the cats have a good qb. if he tries to scramble...he will fail. If they try to establish the run, they will fail. They have to play off our terrible secondary, and they can probably easily score 45+. I expect MSU to win the game, but am obviously cheering for Montana.
