You do realize it is a vote, made mosly by people that have not watched other teams much...

All-Conference teams have always been political and name driven honors

Yes, I realize that very well. Have sat in on a few of those discussions at various levels. But generally, the better talent will at least get 3rd team, HM, etc.

I don't care much about individual accolades at the conference level, but this is puzzling:

"Eastern Washington defensive tackle Jay-Tee Tiuli was named the Big Sky Defensive Player of the Year. Tiuli has 29 tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss of 36 yards, 4.0 sacks for a loss of 30 yards, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery."

Was he hurt for half the year? Or, was this a typo?

how many of the new griz coaches were given end-of-the-season awards? what does that tell us about them?

They couldn't overcome the lack of talent?

No and no. It’s extremely puzzling especially considering he’s not one of the 25 finalist’s for Nat DPOY while two other Big Sky players are on the list.

Stitt was fired more than two years ago. And we're still blaming him?

How come you get to drink at 10:54 AM on a Friday jackass? I need a new job.

Stitt pulled a Costanza. Got fired but showed up to work the following Monday and nobody noticed for another year!
