This whole post-season would not have been possible without the suborbital snap by ISU's Alex Burtenshaw, #50, who still has two more years to go. He should at least get a Christmas card for his role in Griz legend and lore. Maybe a trophy would be more appropriate, with a spot in the Grizzly Hall of Fame. Could be a annual thing. Without his efforts, the Griz would have sit out the playoffs, like the cats. Thanks Alex! :thumb:

Season hinged on a fluke play.

Or did it hinge on CP's unlikely FG? Or Simis' unlikely fumble in OT against Weber? Or Counts TD run on the last play of the game vs NDSU?

Doesn't matter how we won at ISU. We won. And we were in the playoffs.
