Brock Coyle

From ESPN's FF:

Coyle started at middle linebacker in place of the recently released NaVorro Bowman, recording six tackles (three solo) in Sunday's 26-24 loss to the Redskins.

Spin:

The 27-year-old had big shoes to fill in the heart of the 49ers' defense, but he wasn't fazed by the opportunity, handling all of the play calls in the defensive huddle, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. Reuben Foster (ankle) is likely to move back to his natural position of inside linebacker once his injury is cleared, but Coyle should be a cheap source of tackles if the talented rookie is unable to suit up next week against the Cowboys.

If I am an NFL owner, it would appear to me that you are an employee of mine and If I forbid protesting on my team, you better not protest. That is my freedom of speech as an owner.

Are you an NFL owner who accepted government funds to build your stadium?

And 3) those sick of peaceful protesters protesting a false narrative.

It would seem that you are part of the reason they are conducting a peaceful protest.
Helena, see the facts posted in post 97 (liberal wa post facts supposedly supporting your position):

Again;

"Washington Post" column cited facts:

- more white human beings are killed by cops than black human beings.

- the majority violent crime is committed by black human beings.

According to those 2 "Wa Po" stats, white human beings are being unfairly targeted and "oppressed," and white human being football players should be kneeling to bring awareness to this issue.
.

If you really are concerned about an issue, figure out the underlying cause, don't just put a bandaid on the result. And for heavens sake, stop fanning the victimhood flames; in the long run, that just harms those you're trying to help.

You do realize that even though this is what started it all with CK, it has grown and is not the only reason they are currently protesting. They feel disenfranchised, they are upset that the President would not call out groups that are commonly known as racist for their actions. I am fine with people having an issue with the "Anthem protest", but to completely dismiss them because of it is wrong in my opinion. I believe there is truth to what they are protesting, and to me, if people don't see or understand that, or are unwilling to acknowledge it, then they are part of the problem. It is time more people become part of the solution.
The reasons that they protest as you stated are diverse, just as the reasons it bothers most people are also diverse.

Honestly, your last line states it correctly, more people ARE becoming part of the solution, our "solution" for our "problem" ... That is why we have found a common goal .. quit watching this nonsense and find better ways to entertain ourselves.

What ever they are protesting is their problem. There have ownership for their problem, that is the responsible way adults handle it.

Our problem is that they are interfering with our "value systems". We have ownership for our problem, this is the responsible way adults handle it. We quit watching.
