If we win out, I don't think we'll be a 15. A 13 might be a stretch, but a 14 would certainly be reasonable.
I have to think that the close loss to Davidson without Ward (and essentially without Will) opened some eyes. It also helps having been in the tournament the last couple of years. It's not as if UM is a flash in the pan.

I realize Lunardi could care less about mid-majors but when has a Big Sky team with the records that Montana or Weber have received a 16? Crazy. If you look at the new BPI Weber is in the 80's and Montana is somewhere around 140. Not bad and way too high to get a 16 seed
I would LOVE a draw against New Mexico. A great team, but much different away from The Pit.

1990-91 - Montana is 23-7, in a much much stronger BSC (iDaho, Nevada and Boise State), Montana beat Idaho in a game televised live on ESPN, non conf losses were @ Washington, @ Oregon, @ Wyo and St Peters at a tourney). Reward was a 16 seed against #1 undefeated UNLV. A 16 seed this year would not surprise me if they find the right match up.putter said:
