Does it matter if we backed out or not? No matter how one words this or thinks, the GRIZ chose not to be part of the WAC. If someone feels that is backing out, fine. If someone feels it is not backing out, fine too. I understand we never committed to the WAC, therefore can see how it was not backing out being a commitment was never made. Either way, it does not matter, we are where we are at now and have to plan for the future.

Let us know if you would like to remain ignorant or be enlightened. The number of jackasses on this board who try to tell people who are in the know and 100% certain of their information is just astounding.

I simply posted a link to raise some questions and give another source of information to the never ending FBS talk. The level of a persons knowledge or level of access to inside information is debatable for every poster on here.

I was fine with your linked article. I then called O'Day and talked to him for a half hour. Are you calling him a liar too?

You were right in your earlier post. Benson/reporter are the liars. I have talked to others beyond O'Day. I know what was going on during this time period. Go ask anyone at MSU, whether they were pursuing an offer from the WAC and whether they "backed out" at the last moment. That part of the comment by itself shows who's the liar. UM never got close to accepting an offer, which was never officially given, by the way.
