Bobcats v GRIZZLIES decade series

Looking for the W-L record between the two programs for the 2010's. Especially the W-L for Coach DeCuire tenure. Anybody have those stats? I appreciate it.

quote from the Bozeman newspaper about a month ago

In an offensive onslaught reminiscent of Montana State’s past debacles, UM’s shooters put on a show. The Grizzlies made 11 of 19 3-pointers and obliterated an MSU defense that entered the contest with the ninth best 3-point percentage defense (28.3%) in the country. The Grizzlies have now beaten the Bobcats 18 of the last 19 times they played. MSU hasn’t won in Missoula in 3,626 days, or since Feb. 27, 2010, a drought that will last another year. The Bobcats’ starving fan base was left remaining hungry once again. Danny Sprinkle went 5-4 in his career against UM as a Bobcat player in the late 1990s. But a chance to succeed in the rivalry as MSU’s first-year head coach went unfulfilled

Unless I missed something, the Griz have won all 19 games against Montana state this decade (2010/11-2019/20). Their last loss to the Cats came during the 2009/2010 season, when, interestingly enough, the Griz dropped both games to MSU.

Feb 2017 we lost 69 - 78 in Bozangeles

Thanks...i figured as much, but didn't want to talk shit to my Bobcat buddies without confirming and Wikipedia wasn't helping.

I asked for this question to be discussed on the GFP, but by the time they realized they could have recited War And Peace in the time it took for that pod, they didn’t get to it.

But I don’t understand how that ridiculous record doesn’t get more pub. It’s 19-1!! If that were football our kids would grow up and know those streak numbers from the earliest of ages. But even hardcore fans don’t know the BB steak numbers.

Bobcat fans know, and so do Fish and Huse.

I agree this doesn't get the publicity it deserves. A lot of people say the FB streak was bad for the rivalry, but apparently not much to see here. Also realize that it took this streak for the Men to take the overall lead in the entire series.

Is there a place to actually find the scores of all the games ever played? Or at least the last 40-50 years?

I like this one, Sports Reference.

Huse’s coaching boat sunk in Bozeman — never to be seen or heard from again!

Actually I know Brad a little bit through friends and he’s killing it in the insurance business in Bozeman and has recovered from his struggles as a Bobcat coach quite nicely. Men’s College basketball coaching is brutal in terms of longevity, job security, stress, etc.
