I have been curious if a message board could affect a recruit's decision on where he decides to play. MD has been trashed at times this year, yet he has a really good recruiting class, so it has not affected Delaney and staff's recruits.
Based on our situation, there has been little or no affect.
Yet when you look at how the BN board is imploding, you would think it could have some negative affect. If I was a dad of a cat recruit, there is no way I would want my kid going there. That is some ugly stuff. Everyone and everything is being trashed. There could be a reality show (called "The Whiners") just on BN negative comments.

The adage "When you hit bottom, stop digging" seems to apply. They pick a nit until some other angle materializes then run and chase that until the next new sh!t string appears and then start pulling on that. I am trying to multitask so I will just type out the basics real quick. You can put two and two together.
*Fri Nov 21, 2014 2:13 pm Bobcatnation....Secret is leaked that The Scats plan to (possibly)spot us 7 points.
Pre game.....Scats are confident and Ash decides for certain to spot us the 7.
1st Quarter......Ash gives go ahead to his DC to hand us our first touchdown, 7 points. DC uses hand signal as teams are coming off/on the field in changed possession.
An alert Bleskin picks up on signal but it is unclear. (Large GRIZ flag cuts coaches signal from view) .....he knows it was something about giving us 7.
The rest, is history.
With that said I got a couple texts today from Scat fans asking (seriously) if Bleskin is transferring here for his senior year. Word on the street is he threw the game for his new team. Poor kid. I hope he starts this weekend and kicks some SDSU ass.

Some of the shit on there this week has been astoundingly horrid. Made me feel worse than the game and that's saying something after the whooping my liver took.
I kept that down and I'll keep the other puke down too. It's the cost of doing business as a fan.

If I remember correctly the last game you went to here was the freezing cold play off game. Digger, No doubt Egriz would have imploded, but I've been a member of this board since its inception, and I haven't seen the list of things BN posters (I won't say Bobcat fans because I'm guessing BN only reps a small section of them) are throwing out there like this. If I'm wrong, please point me in the direction of those past threads. But seriously:

Those aren't joke threads over there. These people actually believe this stuff. I agree with you, this board goes absolutely NUTTS when these things happen to the Griz, BUT, from what I've always seen, the board goes nutts on its own. Coaching staff, AD, President, Players not dressing properly, ect. I've seen very few crybaby, sour grapes threads over the years, and that's actually a pretty big compliment to Egriz. From what I've always observed, this board tips its hat to the Cats, or EWU or any other team that beats the Griz, then goes ballistic on our own.

I wonder if Ash AND Bleskin had both thrown the game if they would have ended up with a negative score?
