Don't stoop to their level. Can't win on the field, so they have to try and justify it. What happened to , they were the better team, congratulations on the win? Can't believe they have regressed this far. If they really believed that they would have won without this call, why are they calling for the coaches head, along with everyone above him. Doesn't make much sense. On the field, I saw many moments where the Griz players were classy, helping the bobcats players up. Thought it was one of the least chippy Griz/Cat games for a long time. If they were truly classy, they would be saying congratulations on the win, it was well deserved. Really think that Ash is trying to keep his job.

That's the weird thing to me, 1972. It's so strange how mad their fans get after losing to the Griz when that's pretty much all the Cats have done for the longest time.

I think coach ron ash is a victim of the unreasonable expectations he has worked hard to develop. Many cat fans believe that cats are entitled to a high ranking and easy wins, thus they react with lots of bile when it doesn't work out that way. In their view they were the better team, thus it has to be someones fault when they lose. The worst thing to ever happen to ron and the cats was to get picked to win the league as it was all downhill from there.

The KBZK channel 7 sports news out of bozo with Ted Dawson...Dawson called the Lider play "Bush (league)" and accused the Grizzlies of "Cheating" for helping Lider off the field. :shock:

So sick of hearing Dawson's annoying voice and commentary. Being forced to hear him talk for 20 minutes straight about football would be a very effective interrogation technique.

Dawson is the most annoying sports anchor I have ever witnessed....thinks he is funny, tries a stand up comedy act instead of reporting the news....and is so predictable ..... his segues into the weather are nauseating

Whining about that play is pretty lame. It didn't affect the outcome, we had chances to stop that drive afterwards but didn't.

What I'm really surprised by though is the seemingly universal support by Griz fans. I would not be proud of that play. Oh sure I'd be doing the same things, calling Griz fans whiners and sore losers, but I also would agree that it was a cheap play. I haven't heard one Griz fan show any disappointment in what is an obvious flop. I'm a little surprised by that honestly.

Yeah, just about like the one Bolton did later. Kickers are taught to do that. It isn't a cheap play at all. It's a heads-up play that the referee just missed...Like he missed the helmut to helmut on Brady.
