LOL I love it that we have reduced MSU to talking smack about attendance!

When it comes to budget for athletics, enrollment becomes important. UM going down hurts.
Ohhhh you're gonna get us now!!!

Maybe you guys should make a "Soon To Be NAIA" forum, and all the Bobcat posters could go to town in there. Otherwise, they will keep acting like they're relevant on the grownup board.

The way UM is shrinking, you guys might be the ones headed in that direction.

I wouldn't hold your breath on that. MSU Football has been the joke of the region for DECADES. Nothing is changing this year with Choach Choke.

However attendance is way up. It will be about 16.3 thousand this fall. Plus over the last decade MSU football has been fine.

How is that bleacher paint coming along? Plus, I'm glad you think annual turkey day weekends at home and early exits are "fine."

With enrollment over16,O00 new facilities will be on the way. Maybe enrollment going up at MSU and down at Um will actually help you guys get the Regents to remove Rolls Royce.

I can't wait. The shit (pond) show they currently have over there is an embarrassment. It looks like an EWU grad designed it.

They've been waiting close to 30 years. Another decade or so is nothing for them. Sure, some of the fan base will pass away, or lose interest, in no particular order. But, the 2027 Bobcats might just make the playoffs.

Funny thing is we're coming out of perhaps the darkest days at UM in some time with scandals, lost scholarships, enrollment drops...and yet we're still kicking MSU's ass in every sport in a time they should be capitalizing.

Guess what Cat fans? The clouds have lifted on athletics, and it won't be long before enrollment is climbing again, your window which looked so large a couple years ago won't be open far enough to get the fart smell out of your car in a couple years. Well done.

POTY nominee?

Actually things are going good at MSU. After all, it is the school of choice for the best and brightest students in the State. This year 73 percent of the best senior students are attending MSU. More than all the other schools combined.

I would have thought Princeton or even MIT, but getting 73% of the undefined "best" senior students is pretty impressive for a state college with an inability to field a decent team in any sport.

Trolls come over to e griz talking about enrollment. I guess thats what you do when you suck
At football.

The bobkitty model of success boils down to this:

"I pray beyond any reasonable basis that this is the year the GRIZ suck so that we have at least a 10% chance of keeping the game close. Maybe it's enrollment!!! Yeah that's it, never mind that our enrollment was far greater in the mid 90s and they still kicked our ass in like 19 straight games. This year, the year when they keep adding staggeringly cool shit to their stadium -- which already draws 10,000 more than we could dream of getting -- and the year where we cannot afford 38 bucks worth of pee yellow paint to throw on our junior high class C level bleachers -- this is the year when they're finally gonna suck enough where we can keep it close for a quarter. Yessir!! Things are looking up here at Bozo Cow College!!"

Has to suck. I thank God every day I'm a GRIZ.

Nice work 420!! This one took me a while to decipher. Newell is a piece of a stair system and Brekke is a meal. The cats are a piecemeal program.

Piecemeal: characterized by unsystematic partial measures taken over a period of time.
"the bobcat football program is slowly being killed off by piecemeal development."

Bobcat code talk reminds me of deciphering Lucky Lager bottle caps.

OUCH!!! The truth hurts the worst. Can't wait for a kitten fan to counter this post. That might have taken all the wind outta their sails.

Wombats were a good offensive team with a winning record overall and a serviceable, perhaps very good, quarterback. To solve a defense problem, the Red Queen chose to nuke everything in sight.

Now, they have discovered in that Kingdom by the Little Brown Sea that everything is in pieces. Everything. And they don't know how to put it back together.
