Bobby Hauck-Great Coach!

For this week at least Bobby is a better coach than Miami’s and Notre Dame’s.
It was good to see some passion and fire on the sideline from Bobby, I didn’t mind his unsportsmanlike penalty, bout time he showed some emotion and it was better it happened in first quarter than 4th.

He might have accrued it on purpose, you never know.

Sometimes a kick in the ass is just what was needed.

Sweet…nobody fears the Griz. Look past us and get a butt kicking. Just a stupid comment by a stupid person!

Go Griz!

Hats off to the Griz, but in all honesty that was a hard game to watch. Davis was trying to hand the Griz the win & the Griz just didn't have the knockout punch. A good win - hell, any win's a good win, but sheesh, Davis isn't playoff worthy by a long shot. What I saw was possibly the worst Griz team since the 1980's. They just aren't clicking. To the program's credit, they're a one loss team half way through the season in the toughest conference in the nation, and if that's their worst team since the 1980's, hats off to the program. Based on last night's performance & the schedule I don't see the Griz getting many wins the rest of the season.

While I completely disagree with your position on the game, good teams often need to win ugly games. Unless you’d like to give back about 5 of the bub wins last year.

Well 4/5 of our wins have been ugly as fuck. So does that make us a REALLY good team?

Well I fully disagree with your position, but yes. Very possibly this is a VERY good team.

Thanks for pointing that out Captain Obvious. I hope I"m dead wrong & the Griz win all their games except Cat/Griz and get seeded in the tournament. I was commenting on what I saw, and based on 41 years of watching the Griz, I'm really bummed at this iteration. Can you name a Griz team that looked weaker than this one halfway through the season since 1981? Can you name a Cat team that looked better than this one halfway through the season? I can't. Just saying.

Worse Griz team? One or more of Stitt’s. Probably a Delaney team. I can’t recall Hauck’s return year.

I don’t view this year’s team as bad and haven’t earlier in season either. They have been finding a qb and developing two. They are learning and growing. The o-line is a mystery. The same guys were better last year. They were pretty good overall yesterday with some weak times, but atrocious at NAU.

You either aren’t paying much attention or don’t know football, is my view.

I haven’t watched the Cats. I was in France for the rugby World Cup in September. But I am confident the Griz will beat them, just like 2021 in Missoula.

Griz looked much improved! Was really a fun performance to watch. Oline still has some work to do.

I’m never too confident when it comes to Cat/Griz.

Obviously neither are you as you won’t make a wager with me on a straight up result ( no point spread).

Pretty sure I said it was a good win. Yep, there it is - a good win. I'll take a win regardless of how it looks Everett. I'm hopeful the Griz will beat Udaho but I don't see it happening. I could be off base on my assessment of the Griz, time will tell. They just don't look like the Griz to me. It's not effort, they played inspired ball Saturday.

I don't have time to go back and read your thoughts on this team from after the NA loss, but did you think they were a very good team then?

That’s different. I’m sure you will feel fine about a Griz loss as long as they cover the spread

I thought we were talking about a bet. I know the Griz will. win the game, but I try to maximize my money.
