Bob Beers for Head Coach!

Coach Beers has been involved in football for more than four decades. He was an outstanding player of the Grizzlies and head coach Jack Swarthout, as he was a two-time All-America at linebacker for the Grizzlies in 1968 and 1969. I think he would make the best coach out of the current situation!

Great suggestion on Bob Beers. i live in Denver and have seen Beers coach with the Broncos and also as the head coach for our indoor pro team ... The Crush ... when Elway owned the team. he knows the game, is respected by the players and would provide the Griz with the most stability, and least disruption over the next few months. long term and at this stage of his career i don't even know if Bob would want the head coaching job on anything more than an interim basis. but he'd be perfect for the challenge in the short term.
