Black Out Uniform Drop

I think helmets in this day and age have to be certified - meaning inspected regularly and when there are issues, replaced. Am I making that up? I was thinking their budget in this regard will be spent on replacing the models in the current configuration.

I think maroon helmets would've been sick, and could be used for scat/Griz and possibly an away game to contrast the white jerseys. But yea, stuff is ridiculously expensive anymore.
