Well if NDSU’s performance against common opponents is any indication, I’d say they’re definitely beatable.

ISU has switched QBS since the Griz game. Screws wasn't good-1 TD,5 INTS on the season. This Chambers guy seems to be much better.

They are bad either way. NDSU will pull away in the second half.

They only lost by 6 at UNI last week. Yeah NDSU might blow it open in the 2nd half, but ISU still had a 10 point lead vs the #1 team and leads at half. That isn't "bad" in my book.

I think Northern Iowa is bad this year too. Having watched several of their games I thinknits their worst team in several years as well. Their defense has taken a pretty big step backwards this season, which was the anchor of that team. Sacramento moved the ball at will against them.

Chambers is a frosh and has instantly changed their fortunes. I don't think Screws will get his job back even if he heals.

To your point though, they were able to win the first half. We will see how the second half goes
