Well, unless Smith can cover Jones, Henderson, Roberts and Horner at the same time I like Montana's chances. That is unless the O-Line lets Gus get destroyed....

The corners aren't going to be the issue but rather the blitzes forcing pressure passes. NDSU can get away with a few mistakes in the backfield if they can pressure. We'll see DeLuca a lot today. If you don't know his name you will in a few hours. He doesn't get confused on the run plays the way SDSU backers did last week.

I think the primary question is whether we can run the ball effectively. If we can, we'll be in good shape.

Wow. Good prediction. Gus got his yards, mostly late, but you were right. Not sure what you meant by good shape, but had we run it effectively we probably eliminate the interceptions TDs and throw it better. Good job.
