As most of you know by this point Billy Reader has started his sophomore season @ College of Southern Idaho.

There seems to be a recognition that he made some mistakes and he has to atone for those mistakes. On the other hand some friends seem to want to lay some blame at the feet of the program and players at the UofM.

Anyway, from my local (Twin Falls) newspaper. Enjoy the read.

The only one Reader can honestly blame is himself. He let his Coach and teammates down at UM. If he had taken care of business he could have been a factor this season.
 
I know a few people around the CSI program and they have been quite impressed with Reader and the recognition that he made mistakes and is working hard to get another shot at NCAA basketball. One noted that he thought Reader had an opportunity to find his way into a Pac 12 school or MWC school if he gets his academic house in order.

Not sure he returns to Missoula as previously thought, at least that is the word on the street here.

About a month ago I had a buddy of mine who is an Iowa State grad email me asking about Reader. Apparently their coach was down there recruiting Reader. Some people on the Iowa State board were skeptical to say the least I guess but it goes to show you he is going to get looks from the bigger conferences. I wished it would of worked out here for him.
