I love his confidence, but I don't think you can take any sort of guarantee from that. It's still very much up in the air.Bok_Choi said:Hauck said on Wednesday night that they got to seven wins, they can relax now and focus on the neighbors. Book it.

Thankfully we absolutely control our playoff fate. Just win, baby.

Exactly. He's just planting that seed, making a declaration with no basis... to hedge the bet if the griz lose. He knows if that team misses the playoffs this year the pitchforks are coming out.
Just declare something, warranted or not, and maybe the fans, media, selection committee, etc. will eat it up. You know, like RTD.

I assume Herder and Haslam have assured Hauck of the selection. Any pitch forks coming out will be good fans and Hauck supporters going after extremely bad fans and some trolls. Every Griz fan knows that the UM record was impacted by the absence and illness of the very good starting qb. Also, I don't know any Griz fan who doesn't believe the Griz will beat the Cats. That was not true before when Johnson was out, i.e. many Griz fans thought the Griz would lose.
When Vigen loses to the Griz again, will the pitchforks come out?
Ok, number one, I believe The Griz can lose and I am convinced it will be a nail biter if they do pull it out. All the Griz fans I know are very nervous. I won’t say the bubs are good this year because I will never say that, but I was front and center for the 2019 debacle and Reno’s For Sale stadia were all very gaaked up, and they have not lost at home in a long time.poorgriz said:mthoopsfan said:I don't know any Griz fan who doesn't believe the Griz will beat the Cats.
I don't either, as I said in another thread. Every griz fans I've talked to is absolutely convinced they are going to win Saturday. Y'all better hope so or there will be thousands and thousands of depressed, let down fans.
lol you never fail to take a reasonable discussion and just douse it in stupid things you want to be real. :lol:poorgriz said:uofmman1122 said:I love his confidence, but I don't think you can take any sort of guarantee from that. It's still very much up in the air.
