Big Sky TV > Go Griz All Access (Refunds?)

I was watching on an iPad and did nothing different. It just finally started working late in the game.

I switched between browsers and got nothing, even with their preferred browser Chrome. I live outside Seattle and have a ridiculously fast and stable connection. I highly doubt there was any problem on my end.

That's good info for some, but you shouldn't have to block a damn thing. Got to do better for the people that pay you or they won't pay you long.

Adblock is something you add to your browser to prevent certain types of ads from popping up when browsing, hence the name. If you installed it on your computer it will prevent you from getting the game because it thinks the game is an ad. That is why he said to disable it for the gogriz site.

Doesn't sound like that was the problem though.

Sidearm Sports is the company that streams the games. I've tried contacting them through Facebook and Twitter, but quite, quite obviously they are not open on weekends. We need to inform the athletic department to go elsewhere.
Loved getting a response from Sidearm Sports thanking me for "reaching out" to them.
I responded that I wasn't "reaching out." I was accusing them of theft, and the accusation stands until the matter is resolved.

I was issued a refund this morning. I write them multiple times yesterday stating that the video was not working.
The university needs to find a better service provider, especially if they are going to charge!

That was tried also...no go for me. I did get email this afternoon, noting a refund is coming - like the messages posted above.
