Look, read the thread and read my words. I was comparing the stats of Boloboy and Breunig tonight. Not for tourney. Not for season. If you want to start a thread comparing them for the season, go for it. If you start that thread, I will probably participate, and will say that I believe Breunig is a better player and had a better season, even tho I know the MVP often goes to the conference winner.

Your words, which I read perfectly fine

Bolomboy make 1 bucket. That's pathetic for an MVP. He is not deserving.

So YES you are basing his entire season on one game.

Below is my entire initial post. Nothing said about the season. Nothing said about Boloboy. Then you started talking crap, so I responded. Like I said, you can't read. If you think 4 points and 1 bucket is a chamionship game is MVP quality, then you can keep living in your dream world.

"Bolomboy had 4 points, on 1-6 shooting, and 9 rebounds. A single, single. Ha.

Breunig had 20 points, on 9-17 shooting, and 5 rebounds, along with 3 assists."

I can read just fine my friend, I responded to your initial post, it's when YOU posted this

Bolomboy make 1 bucket. That's pathetic for an MVP. He is not deserving.

That is when I called you out for basing an entire season on the performance of one game…which you did.

Bolomboy's offensive production was limited and he has had better games, but that is due more to Montana's great defense than anything else, one bad game does not make a player undeserving of MVP.

I have said all along that Breunig was a better player and would have been the MVP had UM won the conference. My view on the MVP situation was developed during the season. The comparison tonight was further support for my view. It is not true to say that I based my view on one game. Stop being such a dummie.

Has any conference MVP in the history of college basketball ever scored 4 points and 1 bucket in the conference championship game? You're just making excuses for an undeserving MVP because he's on your team.

Only PR has the remarkable ability to piss off three different fan bases -- including his own -- in one thread.

PR is an embarrassment to our fan base. He must think he is in court every time he posts, cause he would argue with anyone at any time. I apologize for this pin head to the fans from opposing schools who post on this board. Please don't judge Griz Nation by this yahoo. He is not even a graduate of UM. He gets his jollies from sucking up to Griz coaches, players and athletic officials. Must be some dark devoid in his life that makes an old man that desperate for attention.

Haha. A post from the poster who has been thrown off egriz 75 or so times, who caused a former UM message board to be completely shut down, and is just back from a very long "time out" from egriz. Talk about an embarrassment to Griz nation. I'm guessing this poster is not going to last long on egriz this time either.

Bolomboy may have had a poor offensive showing, but his defensive presence was his strength today, Breunig got most of his points when the Freshman Braxton was guarding him, but as soon as they put Bolomboy on Breunig, Martin's offensive output became incredibly limited, and I think it says more about the rest of Weber's team when their star player is limited, and can still win.

It was a great game vs two very good programs and teams, Weber/Montana has become a classic lately, And with what both teams have coming back, doesn't look like it will change anytime soon.

GO WEBER!!!

Bolomboy was fine, but Breunig completely outplayed him. I call BS on Breunig getting his points off of others. Breunig scored on Bolomboy multiple times. Bolomboy make 1 bucket. That's pathetic for an MVP. He is not deserving.
Go back and watch it again. Yes, Breunig scored on Bolomboy multiple times. If by multiple, you mean two. Breunig was 2-for-6 when attempting shots over Bolomboy. About 60 percent of the night, Kyndall Hill was posted up on Breunig, with Bolomboy and Braxton splitting the rest. As for Bolomboy's offensive dud tonight, the Griz did a great job of doubling him every single time he touched the ball. He was forced to kick the ball out on most of his possessions, thus the measly four shot attempts inside of 15 feet. It was the exact same game plan North Dakota had in the semifinals (which almost worked). That's what opened things up for Senglin and Richardson from beyond the arc. Breunig and Bolomboy were far and away the most impactful players in the Big Sky this season, so get the hell out of here with the "he is not deserving," garbage.

Okay, then why was Weber afraid to play the great defensive player Bolomboy against UM's only offensive threat in the post? I saw that Bolo wasn't defending Breunig much of the time. Thought Bolo was supposed to be a good defender.

Again, Breunig played against doubles and even triples much of the year, but he still scored close to 20 a game.

Bolomboy played 36 minutes, and yet Weber was apparently afraid to use him to defend Breunig. Either Bolo really isn't a great defender, or the Weber coach didn't have confidence in him. And really, 4 points in the championship game and 36 minutes is really not defensible. It indicates that Bolo isn't much of a player on offense, and apparently his coach didn't think he was capable of defending Breunig. Bolo is a nice rebounder, tho. So is Breunig.

Note that Breunig had more assists than Bolo, and as many blocks.

Sorry, but Breunig was better than Bolo this year. Hey, this is a Montana board. Think you may be the one who may have to get out of here.

Feel free to bring more of your weak stuff here, as I will enjoy knocking it out of the ballpark.

Sure wish Breunig would have wanted to take "the shot" on the Griz second to last possession. That ball looked like a hot potato being passed by our players until the last second shot clock beater Oguine was forced to throw up.

Did Breunig do any of the following?:

A. Win Big Sky MVP
B. Win Big Sky defensive player of the year
C. Lead his team to the NCAA tournament
D. Finish in the top 10 in the nation for rebounds and double doubles
E. Get nominated for the Kareem Abdul Jabbar center award
F. Earn an honorable mention all american award
G. Break the record for single season and career rebounding records for his team and conference
H. Get invited to the college all star game and win MVP
I. Get invited to the NBA draft combine
J. Have a spot as an NBA draft prospect

So, what was that thing you were saying about Breunig?
