I am from Billings and am very happy to see Musberger announcing and giving props to Billings. Let's remember this team represents all of Montana and are making all of Montana proud. I know Musberger mentioned some of Montana but I would like to hear more. We are a state with a population approaching one million ( dreading having to say that ). For our team to compete and win against a California team from an area that has over 10 million (est) in population is really incredible.
Last night KULR8 news anchor Greg Lamotte mentioned his son played in the LA area and they have spring ball, summer ball, fall ball and winter ball. He said the better players will play all year long and others drop off to play in just one or two sessions, Many, if not all, of those kids on the California team have been able to play all year long. I think that makes our All Star team just that much more impressive. Go Montana's Big Sky All Stars and here's hoping you win it all!
