Wow, PSU is either up and down or Portland was highly overrated. I think it's the former.

One thing I like about college basketball and FBS football is that whole conferences band together. Each OOC win boosts each team. Conference prestige/perception is vital for climbing rankings and lobbying for seeds. You don't really get that in FCS football where it seems it's every man for himself, more or less.
