Best Way to Watch Streaming Video, if you must

I had a heck of a time loading streaming video from the Big Sky Conference and finally realized to go direct:

Very good picture, but about 45 second behind - probably my connection/computer etc.

It'll be on ESPN2 tonight, but just in case you can't get that or want to watch the women tomorrow.

Actually, everyone I've heard from, reported the same delay. It's still a nice luxery to have. I don't understand why they don't just use the standard camera angle rather than that baseline view...

...and somebody needs to keep tabs on the NAU announcer tonight. He might just suffer a mild stroke.
