BEST DEFENSE, CATS OR GRIZ

The Cats defense improved as the season progressed. The GRIZ defense diminished as the season progressed Keep in mind, Ty had the advantage of knowing every strength, weakness, and variables of every GRIZ player. That is a huge factor. As Stitt's younger recruits advance up the depth chart, that becomes less of a factor.

I doubt Ty spent a whole bunch of time talking to offensive players about specific tendencies if griz D players. Most of that stuff shows up on film anyway. Also, it's not why the griz lost, if that was being hinted at.

Dream on...his offense was beaten not due to prior knowledge or young players. Those "weaknesses" are visible to any coach warching film....hell fans saw them and didn't have hours of film breakdowns like every college coach. The offense worked against teams that have never played him before or had inferior athletes. Take a look at Stitt's record in games against teams he already faced......horrible

Ty is a Grizzly in cats clothing. He made Stitt's offense look foolish. Whooped em good. Semores defense was just run over and out smarted, at home, by an eighteen year old freshman.

Dont forget that the 18 year old freshman only had about a dozen plays in the playbook :thumb:

Neither, why is this even being discussed? Both these teams are the worst they've been in years, there's no sense having a dick- measuring contest when you've both been swimming in ice water for 3 months.

Griz held to 305 and 17 points at home.

Cats held to 400 yards, 24 points on the road, and a win!
And we suck, could only run so you had a 1 dimensional team coming into the game, and we left a 1 dimensional team...with a win.

NEXT! :coffee:

Emphasis added. Defensive showing was pretty grim, considering.
