Well, it's hard to find fault with the Griz in that game. Granted, ISU is not a powerhouse, but Bill Evans is a first class coach, and they did smoke the Cats. But the Griz did some exceptional shooting, just memorable, and some slumps by key players got turned around. Indeed, they showed that Breunig is a key, yet the Griz can score around him very well, with five -- FIVE -- career highs by Griz players, and Breunig wasn't one of them.
Krslovic. His ability to "keep the ball alive" is extraordinary, much more important than the seven points he scored. That guy has some hands, he's been on the floor scrambling for the ball more than the rest of the team put together.
Griz defense, superb. ISU's Hansen, 17 points average; got eight in this game.
