Beer selections for GAMEDAY?

Just found out that I was gluten sensitive, I need a recommendation for a gluten free beer.

Not sure if you can get it or not Dogfish Head Tweason Ale - made with sorghum, buckwheat honey and strawberries. Widmere and Deschutes both make one and there's a Colorado brewery that supposedly makes a decent gluten free too. Best bet is to brew your own, as your gluten tolerance level may be well below what parts per million of gluten that can be in "gluten free" beer.

I'll be guzzling whatever Montana beers they have on tap at Swinging Doors in Spokane.

*prays Oktoberfest is one of them*

I will be sticking with the summer brews for as long as possible. Harvest Moon, Shock Top Summer Shandy and things of that nature. maybe some pyramid hefeweizen. Things of that nature

My hatred of the warm weather leads me to stockpile the fall/winter brews for summertime.

Have you tried the widmere summer citra ale? Great hop aroma and not too bitter for the non-IPA drinking crowd.

I'm really struggling with this. Oly has always been my gameday staple, but for the N Iowa playoff game last year I bucked tradition and went with Old Milwaukee and that went over very well. But lately I have really been enjoying PBR's so I'm thinking maybe going with PBR's.

I don't know which way to go on this. Advise?

Dude, progress up from the rot-gut brews to craft beers. Yeah, they are more expensive, but have twice the alcohol content, three times the flavor, and you don't have to drink as much so that you can keep your svelte figure.

haha - um no, Hammer is dead serious about his "beer" choices..... it's comical to watch him come strutting in with his Oly's.... :thumb:

If anyone over in the Washington area could bring me a couple of growlers of Mac n Jacs African Amber that would greatly be appreciated.... :thumb:
