You, horribilis are a liar. Feel free to show you articles/quotes where Donaldson said anything. He said nothing that I'm aware of.

Neither Donaldson nor his lawyer said it was a hookup. Liar, liar. The woman was his childhood/grade school friend.

He didn't confess to raping her on tape.

Milt saying he was being treated too harshly, actually that his sentence was more than all most anyone in his situation ever got in MT, has nothing to do what you said.

I have always thought you were an idiot. Now I know you are dishonest too.

In my view, you are more despicable than Donaldson. You are truly despicable.

Donaldson was arrested earlier this year for allegedly raping a friend, at her home, in September 2010. He originally pleaded not guilty to charge, but after discussions between his attorney and the county prosecutors, Donaldson changed his plea.

At that time, court documents detailed a phone conversation where Donaldson confessed to the woman he had raped her.

After the court hearing Tuesday, Deputy County Attorney Shaun Donovan said he plans to recommend a 30 sentence with 20 suspended in the Montana State Prison. Because of the plea agreement, the state can't recommend a higher sentence than that.

"That's the bargained for amount," said Donovan.

Donaldson's attorney Milt Datsopoulos will have the opportunity to argue for a lesser sentence. Dotsopoulos said he doesn't think prison is the answer for Donaldson.

"A lot of what will happen will depend on what Beau's life's been like, what's he accomplished, what problems he's had," said Datsopoulos.

While he can ask for the lower sentence Datsopoulos worries Donaldson will get a tougher sentence. For one simple reason: Three investigations into allegations the university, the prosecutor and the police mishandled sex assault investigations.

"That pollution concerns me, that it will slop over to my client," he said.

Donovan agrees it's a valid point. But trusts that the judicial process will play out as it should.

"I don't think that's completely far fetched. But we don't want that to happen," Donovan said.

In fact Donovan took some time to research other cases before deciding on a recommendation.

According to Montana Department of Corrections, from 2001 until now 72 people in Missoula County have been sentenced for sexual intercourse without consent,

The average prison time is 25 years, and over half of those sentenced went to prison, but had some time suspended.

On the other side was Missoula County Attorney Kirsten Pabst, who spoke on behalf of the victim. She acknowledged Donaldson's success with sex offender treatment, but voiced other concerns.

"His accountability and his acceptance of personal responsibility has wavered," said Pabst.

Pabst says he sometimes blamed the victim and that he described the crime as a hook-up. What also troubled Pabst is what Donaldson might do in the future.

Jack, thank you for taking the bait. I knew you would defend this POS and accuse me of lying or making things up. It's all been reported and you could have confirmed that in 10 minutes if you wanted to know the truth, instead of coddling this monster. You are really looking stupid and over the top obsessed with defending the indefensible. If this gal hadn't come forward that night to report what he did, or if he hadn't fessed up to her on the recorded call, countless other women would likely have met the same fate. His MO was to rape passed out or sleeping victims for God's sake!!!!!

Too bad you can't separate your emotions for Beau from a rational review of this whole sordid situation.

Apology to you, and admitting to egriz he was WRONG!!!!!!

But then again he was quoted in Krakwhore's book about not believing the rape happened and thought it wouldn't stick, so not first time he was wrong about this incident.

Somebody owes somebody an apology.

Not holding my breath. Narcissists never apologize, they just try a new angle of attack.

The confession stuff is not correct, according to what I was told by people who were involved and listened to the tape. The police took the position that he confessed, but that was not the view of Donaldson or his lawyer. However, there were some admissions in 2 tapes, both without the benefit of counsel, that would have made fighting the case in court more difficult.

I had never seen or read that Donaldson had said anything about a hookup. Thanks for pointing that out.

I still disagree with the general premise of your point. You exaggerated.

" ... but that was not the view of Donaldson or his lawyer."

See, he's got objective sources. Wouldn't life be easier if you could just admit that once in a rare while a jock can be an asshole?

This statement of yours was, and still is, incorrect. That's my point. Donaldson made no such statement or defense. He didn't go to trial. He pled guilty. He didn't put up a defense. I am not aware of any public statements that he made. I don't even recall him speaking at his sentencing, but I suppose he might have. My recollection is that Milt did the speaking at sentencing.

""guilty but don't be too hard on me because I'm not really a douche bag rapist" defense"

Pabst said that Donaldson had made that comment. While I like and trust Pabst generally, I find that prosecutors exaggerate their positions and things frequently. But perhaps he did say that to the investigators, but he sure didn't say it publicly.

I am not defending the indefensible or defending Donaldson. I am calling you out for exaggerating, being wrong, and in my view lying.

Nope. See above. The initial horrible statement is incorrect. He made it up. It's interesting what a poor reader some of you are.

Horrible, this statement of yours (no. 1 below) is not supported by what Milt said in your quoted article (nor by what Pabst said Donaldson said). Nor do I see any “defense” being made here, nor does an attorney for someone pleading guilty even put on a “defense”.

1. "guilty but don't be too hard on me because I'm not really a douche bag rapist" defense”

2. Milt: Donaldson's attorney Milt Datsopoulos will have the opportunity to argue for a lesser sentence. Dotsopoulos said he doesn't think prison is the answer for Donaldson.

"A lot of what will happen will depend on what Beau's life's been like, what's he accomplished, what problems he's had," said Datsopoulos.

If Donaldson spoke at his sentencing, then show us where he said "don't be too hard on me because I'm not a douchebag rapist".

Okay, feel free to comment on or parse my recent comparison of horrible's initial statement and his (lack of) support. It's funny that people like you can't see or admit that quoting an article and highlighting doesn't prove anything, if the words of the article or highlights don't support the point one is trying to make.

By definition, pleading guilty is not putting up a defense. Arguing for a lesser sentence is not putting on a defense.

If Donaldson spoke at his sentencing, then show us where he said "don't be too hard on me because I'm not a douchebag rapist".

But I want to make it clear here....Playa...you just said Horriblis was a worse person than a man who raped another human because you disagree with his information!!!!

From the website on narcissism

"What does he do when he does make a mistake?
The narcissist is never, ever wrong, and he likes to present “proof” that he is correct. The narcissist cannot accept responsibility for making a mistake and he is expert at diverting the blame to others – (“It’s not my fault. I lost that promotion because my team let me down”, “You were acting so stupid-you made me hit you.”, “If you weren’t so cold, I wouldn’t have had that affair”). A narcissist will never admit even horrendous mistakes and when confronted, he will deflect, delay and tell more lies. He believes he is invincible and perfect.

All kidding aside...its a shitty scenario...I dont think anyone should care what Donaldson is up to as long as hes getting better, and getting his life straight. The media shouldnt blast the guy anymore and even more so blast the university of Montana by associating Donaldson with the school every time he gets into trouble.....

But I want to make it clear here....Playa...you just said Horriblis was a worse person than a man who raped another human because you disagree with his information!!!!

True or not true...that is really really screwed up dude.

+1

One of the most effed up things I've ever seen posted on eGriz, and truly offers insight into his psyche.

A bandable offense for anyone else, that's for certain.

It's been my experience that 2 bands are exponentially better than one.
