I have seen alot around town during the off season, they have to finish school and then probably they can go home and stay with their family but I would guess Krycko gets what he wants so....

Last summer Drew went home; worked out under his brother’s supervision and put on 25 pounds. I think Mat Martin went to Minneapolis and played ball.

I do not recall hearing what the rest did.
But John Sefert and Jordan spent a bunch of time in a weight room.

I don't know what coach K expects of his players when it comes to summer. When I was in school the team, at least the starters, did stay in Missoula. They got jobs with boosters willing to cut them loose for workouts and players only games and they stayed most of the summer.
That was 20 years ago. My boss at the time was a big Griz fan and we would get a couple of bball players every summer. Man we would give those kids shit. They always came to work in the nicest shoes, basketball of course. My crew was always dogging them for pair.
