Hauck fired former griz player Ferriter, or I guess the equivocal way of saying it is Ferriter was not retained. Ferriter goes on to become Idaho State's offensive coordinator in less than 12 months and you guys get Pease and Rosenbach, both of whom have descended the corporate ladder instead of moving up.

Let that sink in.
