I think you're right! I believe the players are paying tribute to the astute, complex observations of Bob Hermes when he calls the games.

Stuff like: "The kicker really wishes that ball would have gone between the goalposts rather than falling short", "Both teams would like to walk away with a win today", "It's always better to convert a 3rd down than having to punt the ball away", "Gosh, they probably aren't happy to have fumbled that ball."

I'm always so impressed by Hermes' thoughts. Might put "BH" on my arm.

"Half-way normal" is a bit too subjective for me, but I get where you're comin' from, Dad!

The hottie part isn't as big of a deal breaker as the solvent part is, but I still consider it somewhat important.

My greatest weakness, I believe, is to always give others the benefit of the doubt and to be open to seeing the good in everyone. Does make me wonder what happened to the poor, angry, disillusioned guy...still holding out hope he will get some help and see the light!

I don't have a problem with Alpha. Met him briefly a few weeks ago, seemed ok to me. He does liven up eGriz. I'm not gonna label the guy based on what he posts on an annonymous message board. Good luck on that standoff GGNez but I don't think he'll change who he is because yet another poster took him on, he's had standoffs on this board that have lasted years (see PR).
