I want a guy with genuine concern for the AD and history of Griz football, understands Montana culture, is a people person, knows how to get the best out of the players, can work with boosters, control fans, has an excellent football network surrounding him to include up and coming coordinators, and most of all has a very high IQ and great leadership skills and leads by example. We need more than a manager and PR guy, we need someone that would make the players want to follow him into a fire if he called for it.

Who is that guy?
 
If we want somebody who knows the history of Griz football, he's going to have to be pretty old. It's been awhile since we've done anything noteworthy. Let's get somebody young and energetic ... I think Ty's our man.
 
when it comes to our next HC, during cat Griz week he needs three goals: you need to crush your enemies, you need to see them driven before you, and you need to hear the lamentation of their women.
