Go for the kill when it is available. I am sure Delany will take full credit for the mistake. He thinking had to be that if we cover the ball and score the game is over.

One year ago, on this exact same weekend (fourth Saturday of September), the Griz lost to Sac State by virtually the same score (28-42) as today's game, and the season record was, like now, 2-2. "The sky was falling. JJ was the worst QB in Griz history. No one knew how to tackle. The season was going to be just like 2010, only worse. Etc., etc., etc." Well, the Griz then proceeded to win nine games in a row before falling to Sam Houston in the playoff semis. Keep that in perspective....

I'd rather take this outlook than the "we suck, pack it in, how dare you have a positive outlook" crowd.

Next week in cheney will answer a lot of questions. We have 4 road games against ewu, north co., north dakota, weber and a rivalry game against msu. We can only lose 2 of those in order to even qualify for the playoffs. It seems reasonable to say if we play like we did today the msu game will be for a sense of pride. Today was a disaster! What next week brings will determine who we really are. Just for the sake of arguement I really don't see an autobid in 2012.

Honestly, I loved it. It showed a killer instinct. It reminded me of Don Read. He was always willing to gamble to make the big play.

Yeah, if we would have recovered, it would have given soooooo much momentum. I love it too.

Told ya so. You saw the Griz disintegrate. 34 unanswered points. Again, the coaching staff cannot make in-game corrections worth a sh*t. Now, all of you that predicted a massive Griz win, explain to me, again, how the Griz really should have not just won, but humiliated the Jacks, but for this, or that. The majority of the predications were 31-10, or somewhere in that area. Coaches: Why, inquisitive minds want to know, do you wait until the last 2-3 minutes of the game to pull the non-producing TM. SH throws long, yes, long, for 6. Come Monday mornings poll, we won't have to worry about the top 25 anymore. All of you that were talking playoffs, time to smell the coffee. Next week is going to be a disaster in Cheney. So line up you Griz-Are-Superior-And-Will-Always-Be Blowfish, its time to drink the Kool Aid.

if you want off the bandwagon then let my size 11 give you a head start!!!

Fcking spoiled whiney bitches.

Are we having the "Griz are in decline now and will be a losing team for the next decade" talk? Because I'm pretty certain we've heard this once or twice in '10.

This is the Moment that defines Griz Nation and the team. Great teams return the next week and play with passion and fire. Great fans show up or root from where ever they are like it is the Super Bowl. The rest fold and descend into finger-pointing and name-calling. Which are we going to be? Do we have the grit or the stones to succeed this season and a program or a fan base? Do you? Do I? Does TM or Dan Moore? This next week will define the team and us fans.

This whole message board is a doppleganger to the message board after the sac st loss last year.

Exactamundo -- and we know what the Griz did following that loss.
