Hi Griz Fans,
The UM Athletic Training Students' Association (UMATSA) will be selling raffle tickets tomorrow from 11:30 up until kickoff outside the West Entrance of the Stadium. The winner of the raffle will receive a football signed by the 2012 football team, a very nice addition to anyones home or office. Athletic Training Students at UM put in about 25 hours a week treating the injuries of UM athletes, covering practices, and assisting during games. All of this is in addition to a full 15-16 credit school schedule.
Money raised from the raffle will assist in helping to send UM Athletic Training Students to the North Western Athletic Trainers' Association District Conference in Boise, Idaho in March. We are also attempting to send as many students as possible to National Athletic Training Conference in Las Vegas in June. Both of these conferences are great ways for UM Athletic Training Students to network and learn new information and techniques in the athletic training field.
We will be selling tickets for $1 a piece or $5 for an arms length (and we will let you choose whose arm we measure from). The raffle will continue prior to the Idaho State and GRIZ/cat games. Your help is greatly appreciated, there is nothing better than seeing a bunch of people walking around these large conferences dressed in Maroon!
