So, to follow your logic train, if Penn State had never happened, O'Day and Pflu should still have jobs? :?

I'm saying two people lost their jobs without being given due process, due to an over-reaction.

Well, that is a University President's prerogative, now isn't it? He didn't like the direction the athletic department and the football team was headed and chose not to renew their contracts. He's hired to make the tough decisions and he made them. "Due Process" isn't a requirement.
