Game over ISU 31, PSU 13. Should have been a way closer/better game. PSU football is a dumpster fire. Nigel Burton makes me feel better about MD. Man is his team in disarray.

PSU backup QB is no better. On 3rd down he sacks himself for a 15 yard loss.

We may be watching the swan song for Portland State Football. :shock:

Yeah, talk about a beat-down. Have not seen the stats, but that was a crusher.

On the other hand the Bengals are solid. Offense is off the chart.

JMU just scored a TD and a 2-pt conversion to go ahead of #17 W&M, 31-24 with less than 50 sec remaining in the game.

(BTW, SDSU really pissed off NDSU with the 4th Q score, so NDSU went out and stomped them 37-27.)

and, I presume, EW was still with their backup QB ?

They probably weren't allowed to hit him on dead ball stoppage of play. :thumb:

Yeah, we switched off the game on TV, so I went with the ESPN online score -- which they had wrong (you see that every now and then). When they corrected it later, I forgot to edit my entry.

holy crapper, EW 54, UND 3 ?????????????? :yikes:

Ouch! 4 turnovers for UND and just 39 passing yards with a QB that I would assume is their 2nd or 3rd string guy.

UND stacked the box for most of the game to stop the run and put pressure on West to make plays through the air...bad decision. That said, their defense was pretty decent...especially their run defense. I knew we'd need to make some plays in the passing game.
