Are We 3-0?

As far as I can see are these are only six 3-0 teams in the FCS.

South Dakota State (OFF & #14 North Dakota) Probably 4-0 in 2 weeks
North Dakota State (Off & South Dakota) Will be 4-0 in 2 weeks
William & Mary (Maine & at Elon) probably 5-0 in 2 weeks
Sac State (at #7 Idaho & NAU) Win Idaho and will be 5-0 in 2 weeks
Montana (NAU & ISU) Barring a disaster will be 5-0
Southern Illinois (Missouri State & #24Youngstown)

In 2 weeks the Griz might be the ONLY 5-0 team ... where else do you want to be?

I learned a long time ago that ANY win is a good win... Win and keep moving forward.
We can bitch about how things look and where we wish the team was better, but even if the Griz played out of their minds they would still be just 3-0.

The fact that there are 130 FCS teams and only 6 are 3-0 attest to the fact that it just Isn't easy!

Was it a left-handed slap?

Wasn’t there- ask him. I heard stories it was pretty bad.

So, would you agree that you (1) don’t know which hand delivered the alleged slap, and (2) don’t know any specifics regarding the alleged slap?

What will a Cat loss to Griz coming into playoffs look like?

The gris would make the playoffs and hopefully lead MSU to another national title run.. but if we get upset in November by the gris again I know that’ll definitely upset our fan base.

"Upset"?? It's not an "upset" when the favorite wins, and the GRIZ will absolutely be the favorites in that game, perhaps by 2 or more scores at that point in the season.

lol, now THAT is probably something I'd bet on. Wanna bet the griz are not 10 point favorites when that game rolls around?

Only way that happens is if both kitten QBS are OUT

I don't see anyone here upset about the fact that we are 3-0, however having legitimate criticisms and concerns about how we have looked and played, in particular on offense, over that stretch shouldn't be disregarded either, 2 things can be true at once.

With losses at sac and idaho (and a possible loss at weber), it could well be a 7-3 bub team vs. a 10-0 GRIZ team.

True... just think LOT of Griz fans need to back off the ledge

No kidding? A team that can barely beat a D2 team will be 9+ point favorites? What are they smoking in Missoula these days?

I don’t know which hand, but I can see the mark. You’re wearing it too. I think everyone listened to the podcast.

Now, if you can see the mark, how is it possible that you would not be able to deduce which hand was used in the alleged slap when, as you say you think, “everyone listened to the podcast”? I am beginning to doubt your bona fides as a credible witness to the slap.

No point in arguing then.

Probably a good choice.

You seem to put a lot of stock in what Colter N says, judging by your other posts, so it's strange you seem so at odds with him on this one.

"Ferris State would win every league in the FCS besides the MVFC and the Big Sky, [...] they would contend for the league title in the Big Sky" :geek:

But I thought Ferris was D2?

Dunno bout Missoula, but I smoked some absolute top- shelf ribs over the weekend.

And yes, a 10-0 team will be a double digit favorite over a 3 loss team. This ain't that hard, men.
