Any former players or coaches care to comment?

How does it make yourself, team, and coaches feel when your fellow students and fan base is selling their tickets to the highest bidder, no matter who the buyer is? I ask this because I see so many tickets being advertised for sale to highest bidder, and/or no less than $150.00 per ticket. If I were a player or coach, and knew of fellow student or fan selling out, I could not help but put them in their place. To me, this has to be majorly disappointing.

Anyone can comment, but am hoping former players or coaches will honestly answer this.

mtgrizrule,

If you need two tickets to the game in the North End zone, I know a girl selling hers for $125 a piece?

PM me.

There can be many reasons for someone to sell their tickets, besides just making money. In a state that has such low wages, making some money on a side is not treason. There are many Griz supporters that wish they had a ticket. We should remember that most of the people around us, in the stadium, are not the poor. Go Griz!

The game is sold out, will be a record crowd, and people are happy to pay to get in. Be happy. I'm more concerned about scalper prices for Neil Young in the Adams Center.

Let's see. Who would I rather have in the seat. Someone willing to sell for a profit, or someone willing to pay over face value? I'm thinking the person who pays more might care a bit more about the game.

I talked to a girl this last weekend who's boss has sold his season tickets to the game for $5000 a piece. It'd be hard to pass that up.

Alex....I'll take "Shit that never happened for $1000"

I think this is a bigger issue for other schools like EWU where Griz fans will buy half the seats for any price, thus do affect the atmosphere of the game.
So you don't think any of these resold tix are going to NDSU fans?

Please Gawd No! I'm already sensitive to Green & Yellow . . . trying to brace myself . . . I can't stand the "others" where I sit. . . . argh.

Student tickets are loaded on to their Griz cards and are virtually impossible to sell short of giving that person the card. There are a certain number of guest passes students can buy, and I'm sure you're seeing some of those put up for sale, but most of the ticket resale is not likely to be coming from the students.
