Another observation of Griz day.

We drove over from Great Falls bringing our very young grandsons who are already Griz fans. We sat in the first row right behind the blow up helmet so the boys could see the players run through the tunnel. It was an absolutly wonderful time. Several players took their time to sign their jerseys and sweatshirts and did so graciously and with patience. My wife can't wait to post the pics on facebook to show that all the negatives written about the Griz players are a little misleading in terms of representing the majority of good young men wearing the Griz uniforms. We spent the night at a nice motel and ate several meals as well as spending time with my daughter who will graduate in May from UM.

We heard several comments during our visit that there are donors who are withholding their support of the Griz. I am saddened to read this on egriz and in the papers as well. I have never been more proud of the Griz and the experience that game day provides. I will be researching to see if I can get two more season tickets so that my young Griz fans can be a part of Griz nation now and in the future. So any of you that are quitting on the team; let me know.

Thanks UM for a wonderful weekend.

i wasn't there, but it sounds like a great healing day for the players and coaches. to see all the fans in the stands showing their support must've been very uplifting for the guys. the good guys that don't embarrass the school and toe the line deserve to be recognized. nice post 47 :thumb:

Like grizfan 47..........I took my grandsons to the scrimmage..........they had a ball.....
Their highlights were when they shot tee shirts into the stands......one hit the field in front of
Jordan Tripp.....He picked it up from the field ran over to my youngest and handed it to him and gave
him a high five........Later Monte came over climbed up and gave them all high fives...It was a great day for all............me included.....great bunch of players.

GO GRIZ

That seemed like an unneccesary fix. I am pretty sure we all knew what was meant.
