All the Gubner accolades, he really lives in opponents heads.
 
Houghton is such a gem. We need to enjoy having him while we do. I can't think of a sportswriter who has ever done better work on the Griz.
 
I still believe, moreso after reading his article, that Montana’s coaching experience will be huge in this game

I'm admittedly a little biased but our coaching staff has been excellent the last few years in being able to make adjustments in game, and being ready to do so. It seems many people think that we have okay coaches who just happen to coach great players, but our coaches have really done a great job themselves. I don't see a coaching mismatch in this game in either direction.

I respect that, and agree that your coaches have done a great job. Your coach sounds like a great defensive thinker.

But our coaches are on another level of experience. Multiple years of NFL coaching. Some big time college programs. Go look up the resumes of our coordinators. This is the most experienced staff at high levels of any FCS program, and Bobby Hauck may be the best coach in Montana history.

Yes I fully agree the Montana coaching staff likely gets the nod in this one simply on experience, although I think it’s fairly close. Not sure what that quantifies to as far as score difference (like how home field is generally considered a 3 point difference, definitely more at WaGriz). It is interesting how one staff is mostly 50+ and the other is 35 and under. Maybe the young gun Jacks coaches have some new age play station plays the old Griz coaches never saw on their VHS scouting tapes 😜
 
Griz have better coaches. SDSU has better players. Griz fans will be much louder. I am hoping Griz D rattles SDSU QB.

Griz D may get to Mark, but the one thing I’ve yet to see is him get rattled. Even in the Iowa game last season he was composed and they threw everything at him there.

Crowd wise, no matter Griz fans opinion, will not be more than 1/2 Griz fans. We can debate with screenshots tomorrow. Debate size by color, loudness. I understand WaGriz is an incredible home field advantage. You’re a passionate storied fanbase. Jacks fans are on the rise and hoping to achieve that status. The Rabbit fans in attendance will be loud too, Bison fans realized this last year.

Where is the best place to order championship rings? Trying to beat the rush, I'd like to get one with a rabbit in jaws of a Griz.

This is going to age well.
I’ve never seen the team as determined as the Griz are now.
Even the guys I came down with were having their way with the rabbit women last night and today we take your trophy back.
