Announcers at JMU game

I know that the announcers and color commentary are ESPN employees, or should I say not associated with host school.
I just hope that the announcers for this game are like last week where the concentrated solely on FCS and didn't gush over the SEC, CFP and all that garbage.
I can handle homer announcers but I do not care about Alabama, Georgia, Cincinnati or Michigan during and FCS game!

In watching the JMU game last week, I don't recall the announcers talking FBS football. It was pretty much just like our announcers were. I would expect the same for tonight's game as well.

It would be really nice if they could get a color guy who actually makes an effort to pronounce the players and coaches names right. The guy last week was abominably bad.

Here's a thought (radical, I know): Know a little something about FCS and the playoffs in general. Earlier guys did some homework on the teams involved, but a bit light on FCS context. Not terrible ... but could be better. (I know, probably too much to hope for.)

I would expect more coverage of JMU moving up to FBS. That would be natural, really.

It's on ESPN 2-COUNT ON a LOT of talk about FBS. There always is. Drives me crazy. They constantly rehash the FBS playoffs, while "covering" the FCS games!!!

Yeah...Bring back Todd Reed on play by play and Larry Frost as color man.....Grizzly Bill Schwanke as sideline reporter. KPAX and KECI can share cameras so we have two angles
of every play (one from the top of press box and another in the end zone).

These guys won't be talking FBS!
