Altitude Negotiations with Dish/Directv

Altitude has been removed from Dish due to the inability of both parties to forge a new contract. As I understand it, DirecTV is also out of contract with Altitude but I don't know if it's been removed yet or not. Even though I will be at the game next week I would like to record it to watch it once I get home. I currently have Dish but am willing to dump them if I can get Altitude through DirecTV.

Anyone have any insight on this situation?

Actually both the North Alabama game and Monmouth were supposed to have been picked up by Altitude, which gives those of us who live out of state (and in the Altitude viewing area) the ability to watch on tv rather than on the internet. I upgrade my dish package and add the multisport package every fall just so that I can see Griz games (not only the ones on Altitude but also the ones on Root). So I am pretty annoyed, but it doesn't look like it's changing anytime soon.

All of Eastern Washington Idaho and Montana NBC is no longer on the air over contract disputes, No altitude so there is no option for North Alabama and Monmouth but gogriz.com if you have direct or live out of state

I live in Renton, WA just outside Seattle. I spoke with a representative from Comcast/Xfinity (our local cable provider) in Denver this morning (Wednesday) and she advised me that C/X was currently in negotiations with Altitude Sports Network about a future agreement for providing services. Sadly she said they do not have an ETA for when an agreement may be reached.

Sorry, had to share the latest of this nightmare called DISH. I called to complain that I upgraded my program package, so that I could get Altitude and then DISH dumped them. Only thing they said they could do was give me the sports pack for 1 month free. I said the season lasts at least 3 months, but they didn't care. So, take it or leave it. So, i took it. I felt well, at least I get ROOT NW for the first 2 games and all the other regional channels. I go to the guide today and about 70% of the regional channels have been dumped by DISH also. Unbelievable. The guy I talked to must have known this.

I then look over the games that do show up and all but a couple are blacked out in my area. WTH!? It's an upgrade to get the out of network games! I tried to record the upcoming NDSU/Delaware game and nope, blacked out.

So far I still can see ROOT NW. My contract is up at end of the season and bye bye DISH.

I cancelled my dirct tv because of the inability to watch the game last week and I haven't missed it at all. Signed up for you tube tv got the game and will save 70 bucks a month.

Hell in Zula I absolutely have zero access to the NDSU Delaware game. Zeroed out on Dish extra channels & ESPN3 & ESPN+. What is going on?
