Airline Prices now that games announced

This morning I saw flights from DFW to Missoula for $400… now you can’t get one for under $900

I’m assuming other hubs are doing the same. Absolutely insane. Fvck the airline industry.

Why not put your energy into organizing a charter flight in your area if you are not in Missoula instead of whining about what another Griz fan posted that you did not agree with.
It would be cheaper and more convenient.

Not sure if you did this, but just in case:

Browse for tickets in incognito mode and clear your cookies. Their websites know who's already looked for tickets and come back, and they raise prices for those visitors. Might not save you $500 in this case, but always best practice.

At least downtown Missoula hotels are are “off season” so you might find a room for $500 or so…

Checking this AM I found (non 1st class) flights to Msla from Austin, TX on United & Delta starting at $1,217 to $1,250. Hotels in Missoula on Stockyard Rd, N Reserve and Airway Bl were between $169-$183 a night for a 2 night stay.

We booked refundable on Expedia for the Wren, after Cat game. All 3 weekends. Room this weekend is about $140. Highest of 3 weekends. It’s $353 on Wren site now. We
rented our Missoula condo for winter. It’s nice staying downtown.
