Ah Yat

117 of 120 as a high school sr. He threw THREE incomplete passes in an entire season! Holy Fuq!

Thank you for confirming what I thought I saw. 117 of 120. Still don't know if that was a mistake, but at least I now know I saw the same thing.

The couple of series we got to see of Ah Yat’s clear ability to compete at this level along with Gilman high level of play were just a few bright spots to today’s game. I noticed Huot had the headset on and was sending in plays from the sideline instead of Brown. Did anyone see Brown dressed out on the sideline? I only noticed towards the end of the game, so I may have just missed him.

Yes, Brown and Huot were side by side on the sidelines the entire game, sending in the plays.

Can we please hire a coach to grow him and not these 🤡

No. Bobby will get an extension and keep his buddies as coaches and Ah Yat and Gillman will flee.

Please don't even put that thought in words again, ever!!!!!!

Hard to believe. Now, can we go recruit the receivers he was throwing to. Somebody had to catch all those good throws.

Say what you want about Brown. Kid is a team player and is no quitter. Especially given all the criticism he has received. Kudos to him. Not a quitter and he will go far in life.

Except, none of what you’re describing has occurred with any player other than Toure. Retention here is pretty good in regard to the portal

Really impressed with the true freshman. McDowell had good protection today, but was too late making decisions in the pocket. Not this kid, he looked poised and in control, not to mention the physical skills. And he looked confident. Confident players become leaders.

When was the last time the Griz had a freshman QB actually play? He looks VERY GOOD. I was so impressed with his throwing ability and decision making

I liked his swagger on top of it. Gave that first down signal after picking it up. Has a little bit of juice which is awesome.

Too-early-analysis based on too-few-examples but his mechanics looked good. More time at college game speed needed to correct a few judgment mistakes.

Yeah, I know but the last few victories were bittersweet because Hauck and his buddies will be retained.

Stfu and go whine somewhere else. The griz are 7-1 had 2 ranked wins on the road, just pitched a shut out and you want the coaches to leave?? Are you fucking stupid or what?

I've been holding off repeating this but ,now that I have seen him play I believe it; Green told Nuanez after Ah Yat signed that, in his opinion, he was the best high school QB prospect he had ever evaluated. He sure looked it to me yesterday.

Ah Yat's dad is proud of his son tonight.

Chip off the old block was my first impression. He is gonna be good.

Thought I was seeing a ghost out there. Even walks exactly like his dad who among other great things beat the ‘Cats.
