I will say that behind the scenes there is a more concerted effort to reach into bigger pocket donors for these larger projects. They're even starting to get more involved with local businesses. Montana Knife Company with the new turf, SG Long Financial partnering with QB Club to help grow the Next Gen membership (which has 17 members already since it launched last week), etc.

Remember who paid for Idaho's new Basketball arena? Idaho Central Credit Union. They financed the whole thing. And they also financed the renovations to Idaho State's Football stadium. Those are the types of businesses to get involved with. Look at all these different banks in the area. Stockman Bank is building new branches left and right in Montana.

The next big ticket item is the Wa-Griz west side expansion. Any renovations or additions to Dahlberg will be secondary to this. Hopefully things are going well and they're finding donors and partners that are willing to contribute, but IDK for sure. I'll tell you this though, the AD eyes are wide open after the events that have taken place over the last year. And they are having a much better fundraising year than they have in years past. Look no further than the massive growth of the QB Club this year. Things are turning upward!

"Financing" and "paying for" are a bit different. If the CU paid for it, they wouldn't have had to finance it using their members deposits. Banks and CUs are in the loan business. Both answer to shareholders and members who don't normally "pay for" arenas.
