Alpha...That moronic comment has officially disqualified you from ever contributing anything of value to a conversation regarding athletics...ever...wow...just wow

You really think you can teach accuracy?
Of course he does.......if the NFL would have just given Jamarcus Russell 11 more years to work on his mechanics he would have been the next Drew Brees.

Yeah, and look at the progress that Tebow has been making.

It seems that Jamarcus had excellent mechanics at the dinner table. :coffee:

If Jawalrus would have just pictured his WRs as bottles of codeine laced cough syrup his mechanics would have been flawless.

Alright this is fucking dumb! Pretty sure Tim Tebow went down as one of the great college qbs of all time. He was able to win in the SEC, we dont need a qb that can step in and win a super bowl for god sakes. Your trying to make a point but infact just making yourself look dumb. I remember Cole accuracy issues in 2005 as a freshman, and turned out to be a very good qb for us. We dont need the second coming of joe montan or drew breese...but we all know you just like to spew shit out of your mouth at all costs.

Okay I know i butched his name but the Missoulian is reporting he has transferred back to Stanford to concentrate on his acedemics.

got a link? I cant find anything on this kid moving back to Stanford.

"Transfer quarterback Adam Brzeczek, who played sparingly last fall on a partial scholarship, also left the program and returned to Stanford for his studies."

i know that coach klaboe here at billings west said gustafson kid could make all the throws when he was in high school,,,he has coached lots of very good qbs and gustafson broke all their records by a bunch...but i think he is pocket passer with a roll out option to pass,,,he has a rocket for an arm and threw deep alot in high school with acuracy...having said all that, i donot see him running the offense they had last year at all....

Tebow won more in college because of his legs and not his arm. Also helps when you have such athletic recievers that you have a 5 yard cushion to throw in and allow the receivers to adjust.

How can anybody be shocked that a 5th-string (at best) QB for Stanford after Luck left wouldn't be able to play for the Griz? He didn't even appear in the spring game for Stanford, and Josh Nunes ended up somehow winning that job. For those who don't know, Nunes was TERRIBLE.

Best of luck to Adam in his academic pursuits. The hype on this board surrounding his transfer was ridiculous, as some of us noted at the time.

Maybe UM can put out feelers for Nunes, though?

Northwest, I guess one of us could look it up and see who's right, but I don't remember Brez being overhyped at all when he anno9unced his transfer. In fact I remember the most common themes were: "Who the hell is he?" and "Nothing wrong with more QB competition." If anybody claimed they knew Brez was good before fall camp, they were lying. The hype later in the season pretty much came from Alpha and Growler and it was because they both want anyone but an african american playing quarterback for their beloved Griz. In fact, they would both rather see YOU playing QB than Trent McKinney.

Well, we agree to disagree. I remember being slammed for saying that he wasn't that great of a transfer before the season even started.

Racist stuff is out of my radar. JJ is the best option at QB, clearly, but if he isn't back, McKinney has the most upside.

What I like about this board is the unfettered exchange of views, and you have posted some good insights, but this is beyond the pale...
Time to put up or shut up. Prove your accusations. You may want to look up the word LIBEL.

LOL..Statler, pretty sure I don't need to look it up. Secondly, McKinney will start and the Griz will win no less than eight games this season. Book it.
