Any twitter savvy guys (or other for that matter) have any news on this? Been googling and searching the net and not finding anything.

It was an impressive class and a huge honor for Derek. He already has accomplished so much. And his future is brilliant. Just really wanted this for him.
 
Only one non-FBS player has won this since it's inception. On academics alone, it's DC hands down. No one in this years semi-finalist crew even close.
