I’m both disappointed we lost the Brawl/Big Sky Conference Championship and lost home field advantage through the playoffs. I think the likelihood that we go to Fargo or Bozeman and win in the semifinals is slim.
Disappointed enough to burn the house down it seems. Looked like 2 pretty even teams and the one without the mistakes won. I am also disappointed, but sports man.
Not sure I said burn the house down, don’t know where you got that. I don’t think we’re where we need to be to win a national championship, which is the goal, right? It’s been seven years and I still don’t think that we have offensive and defensive lines that are on par with NDSU or MSU, which is frustrating when that’s been when of the glaring problems for many years now.

Losing to the Cats fucking sucks. And, I guess to a degree, I’m concerned with a 2-5 record in his second stint that we’re not doing enough to keep up with our rivals. I think a critical attitude is warranted here. I think Bobby is close to having a dominant program, and I certainly think he has adapted to the NIL/portal era well. But I do think there hasn’t been enough focus on interior strength on both sides of the ball. I think that’s fair criticism
They have been lagging behind for quite awhile, but it seems closer now than it has in what, 10 or 15 years at least. The gap had grown significantly during the Delaney and Stitt years, and then there have been resets due to covid and NIL/portal. I don't think Bobby is free from criticism, but I think he deserves credit for progress also. People expected Bobby 1.0, but it's not the same world of college football. It’ll certainly be interesting to see how SDSU fares. My gut feeling is that if they sneak into the playoffs, they’ll be dangerous and might go on a deep run.
Yeah that’s real cool. That was 20 years ago. Maybe the Griz could return to dominance in my adult years instead of when I’m 5. that would be amazing.

THIS. Spoiled and whinny assholes. Want to know why cat fans act they way they do? Because of this fucking attitude. They lost this game 16!!!!!!!!! times in a row, most of which were freaking blowouts. The Griz just lost a super close one to a team that may win the national championship. People need a little perspective.

Agreed…..what’s hard I think is the fact that this game was in WA Griz with home field throughout on the line and couldn’t get it done. Now instate rival has home field throughout. If this game played out like it did yesterday but was in Bobcat stadium, then I could write it off as a game where the ball didn’t bounce our way. But, the fact it was at home doesn’t leave me feeling that way.
