A suggestion; make Mick Delaney interim HC

It won't be Mick, he is retired. My money says Scott Gragg will be named
Seeing as how most of our players will have been recruited by Gragg, who at the very least has HC experience at the HS level, he's probably not the worst bet for trying to keep the ship afloat this year.

it's egriz. of COURSE he has lots of it. if you don't believe me....ask him. if he's like many other posters, he'll be happy to tell you just how much he has, how much tail he gets, how intelligent he is....and you're a moron. ;)

Mick who just retired, IMO is the guy that should be sought out to help weather the immediate storm. He's well respected within the ranks of the team and the ranks of Griz nation. He knows the current system. He's managed this squad in a prior time of transition as well.

I can't imagine hardly any player that would not support such a move. I hope that if Mick is interested that the interim AD would consider it.
No. I have a sneaky feeling that the core issue with all the recent fallout is because of UM's "good ole boy" hiring system. Eventually, when you get enough "good ole boys" in, it makes it far more difficult to handle problems approriately/reporting their friends for wrong doing. Every head coach since Read has been hired from within/or someone who has strong connections to program in the past. Same with AD's, same w/Basketball coaches...even...dare I say...University Presidents.
BINGO

I agree Scott Gragg is the best choice by far!

Go Griz, and thank you Mick.
Good call. Have you ever thought of becoming an AD?

Hmm... no, it's be an interesting thing to do, I'd love it, all things athletics - heck yeah. My soon to be completed degree is in management. But real estate really is my first passion.

I totally agree 100 per cent with Mick. He would not have his own "agenda" as interim coach. But has the ability to get the most out of our players and assistants. C'mon Royce, make the call.

Brints just pissed cause Chris scooped him on the official announcement yesterday. Get over it dude.
