A Partial Dome for WaGriz?

A partial dome would totally ruin the major advantage that we have over the southern teams! Did you not see those kids from Texas (bless their hearts) all huddled around the heater? The cold was killing them! Plus building a dome gets rid of future expansion unless we tear it down again. Shame on you for not being a true blue Montanan and a true maroon fan and relishing the cold!!

All I propose is a partial dome, where the roof is open to let in some weather, sunlight, etc. I propose this as the next upgrade to WaGriz.

I take back 100% of my comments in a previous thread saying maybe you arent that bad after all.........because you most certainly are still a tool........

This thread made my day. Finally eGriz comes together on a subject and realizes DavidDos is a moron. Thanks for the unity DavidDos.

I think that this is one of the funniest threads that I have read on eGriz.

David II seems to have finally come up with an idea he can really get behind. I present....
The Don Read Partial, Not all the time dome You can close in really cold weather or if the early Fall Sun becomes unbearably hot but Can also be left open from 35 to 87 degrees
Give the lad credit, he's come up with a winner...well, on second thought....fugettaboutit :?

... The dome idea went out with the first expansion. It was originally built to facilitate a dome, but the north end zone construction took care of that. It structurally isn't possible, unless you were to build a tent type structure that was completely self-supporting....

Thanks for the info. No more from me re: domes. :o

Ah yes, but just imagine 26,000 David2s in a partially domed stadium at a family firendly 65 degrees, respectfully quiet when the visiting teams are offense, and butts firmly in seat throughout half-time... Must be the way football is played in heaven!

Sounds like a Seattle Mariner game.

David2, are you from California or somthing? What kind of nonsense it this? This is Montana my friend. Not to mention, this is football!! Who ever invented the dome for a football field is a total puss. Football is sure as hell not an indoor sport.
