He got ridden like a rented mule by Choat and Vigen. Kid didn't stand a chance. He'd already used up his body by the time he graduated college. This result was VEEEERY predictable.

When Choate had him limping out there in 2019 to run straight into the pile, and limp of the field, that was when I knew they didn't care at all about him. Great kid, great family. He deserved to be taken better care of.

Troy starts in 5 games of 17 for ATL, at end of 2022, hurts ankle in Pittsburgh game and out 2nd half, misses 12.5 games of 17 total and .5 of 5.
Troy starts 2 games of 17 in 2023 for ATL, missed game 2 with concussion, on IR for shoulder injury (surgery) in game 3 and out for season, misses 15.5 of 17 games total.

Since becoming a starter he has missed 16 out of 22 games. I root for the guy in the pros but he is showing the lack of durability he had at msDuI. I wish the best for Troy but I fear he is a nephew of humpty dumpty, and might well consider hanging it up after he's put back together again.

When Troy played in college he was faster than most RB's and tackled players much lighter than those he has to tackle now, and was regularly on IR in college. At the same time and for more years (in terms of games played per year) RH tackled more players, who were all much larger than him and faster. Robbie had technique, Troy had speed and brute force. And that's just on defense.

Robbie had coaching, Troy got the whip. I applaud Troy for giving the Scats all he had but like so many state on here he was abused when used on offense.

RH will be fine in 15 years and Troy will likely be crippled. Your immediate evaluation point of these two misses what is important in that life is, statistically, a marathon not a sprint. That said, Troy's a big boy and a Montana boy, from either team, following a dream til it ends is deserving of respect. Both of these men have mine.
