A huge pit???

After perusing most of the posts this morning I am seriously concerned that our beloved Grizzlies are falling into a deep pit that is going to take several years to dig out of.

In spite of the shitstorm that was the 2012 off-season the players have played their hearts out and have placed the team in a position to win nearly every game. Thus it is extremely frustrating to watch an incompetent head coach and the "up and coming" OC & DCs squander the wins through their blatant inexperience.

As we have watched the team back pedal for half of the season, how is this going to affect the Grizz for the next 3-4 or even 5 years?

The future worries me much more than the immediate present. What we see on the field this year could be what we see for years to come. NOT a good thought.

Yeah it would really suck to have to watch the Griz play extremely competitive week after week and lose in the final minute of games.

The fact that we have turnovers, no QB, bad coaching decisions and penalties just shows you how much more talent we have than other teams by even staying in these games.

If we were the cats without their QB they wouldnt be .500 and would never be in any games other than NoCo and Weber St.

2 out of the last 3 years without playoffs and ticket prices should start dropping. Sure make's the "stay in the big sky" crowd look kinda silly. I think this would be a perfect time to make a jump, especially when we wont be able to sell out WaGriz anymore. I know we had 25000+ for SUU game but how long do you think those numbers will last at this pace?
